Spear fishing in Cozumel, Mexico

This was Kevin’s first Needle catch. There are trigger fish so large I wouldn’t dare try to catch, but I suggest going to the Northwest coast for these guys. They are everywhere and have plenty of meat.

Journey to the Shipwreck


We were looking for the wrecked ship but I guess we didn’t swim far enough and ended up at these blocks. We have assumed they were used for some sort of building operation, but we could totally be wrong. Anyway, in this video you see Kevin latching the buoy and almost immediately spotted a fish and caught it! It was also my first GoPro video of Kevin catching a fish.
